Pet Cat Spay Neuter Application

CPAW is proud to offer access to $100 spay/neuter for pet cats living in Essex County, New Jersey. Spay/neuter has many health benefits. Cats who are neutered are less likely to roam looking for a mate, fight over resources, spray, and develop certain cancers and health conditions.

Please read the following information carefully

• If you have multiple cats, please fill out the form once for each cat.

• CPAW volunteers will be providing transportation to and from a central location to a high quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic. It will be your responsibility to get the cat to and from the pickup point on the day of surgery.

• Surgery spots are limited. You will be contacted if your cat has been selected for this service.

• Nail trims, rabies vaccinations, and pain injections are included in the procedure. Additional services are available by request, but you will be responsible for the additional charges.

Please Note: Thanks to a grant provided by the United Spay Alliance, CPAW is very excited to offer free spay/neuter for pet cats for certain Irvington, NJ residents! Please fill out this form and we will let you know if you are part of our target region in Irvington which will be eligible for free spay/neuter. Otherwise, the cost will be $100 per cat.
